Abstract: The study aims to identify the impact of knowledge management processes in its five dimensions (knowledge diagnosis, knowledge generation, knowledge storage, knowledge distribution, knowledge application) in achieving competitive advantage in its five dimensions (quality, flexibility, delivery, cost, creativity and innovation) at the Great Mills Corporation of the South in Biskra And we relied on the descriptive approach in the theoretical study and the quantitative approach in the applied study, and the interview tool that took place with the human resource manager and the questionnaire form were used as two data collection tools, where (40) forms were distributed to the study sample and after answering the interview questions and analyzing The data of the study using the SPSS statistical analysis program, the results of the study concluded that there is a positive effect of knowledge management processes in achieving the competitive advantage in the Great Mills Corporation of the South in Biskra
