dc.description.abstractOur study aims at proving whether Algeria education institution through the strategy of skills brings a member who is socially, culturally and religiously integrated into his society ,enhancing sentiments of arabomoslem identity through a program of civil education designed for fundamental schools. In the end, we concluded that civil education program teaching through skills reveals an important role given to society and its endless disciplines ,However it fails to offer a positive social creativity, completely neglecting moral and human aspects of life .en_US
