Abstract

This paper is, The Law of Information, its Place and its Links to other Law Branches an attempt to examine and outline the place of the law of information and communication among the legislative system at a national and global levels, in addition of to its interactivity with the other law branches governing the legal regulation of a given society, such as Algeria. The main question to be, problematically, posed in this context, has many things to do with the immense impact of the New Information and Communication Technologies (NICT) on the different Legal aspects relating to the transnational flow of information via satellites and web sites.
