Abstract

The aim of this article is to present and discuss some epistemological questions that are of importance to the researchers in the management field. These questions concern the justifications and the attitudes positioning of the researchers when doing research. So, how can we confirm that the knowledge resulting from management is a scientific knowledge? How legal is its epistemological status? What are the epistemological basis and the methodology of management science?
