Abstract

الملخّص:يهدف هذا البحث لتسليط الضوء على التصورات الاجتماعية للمكفوفين الموظفين لعملية الادماج الاجتماعي المهني، حيث أن هذا الموضوع يندرج ضمن الدراسات التي لها علاقة بعلم النفس الاجتماعي. وقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، والاستمارة كأداة لجمع البيانات. أجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة من المكفوفين الموظفين، بعدة ولايات من الشرق الجزائري، حيث أثبتت النتائج أن التصورات الاجتماعية للمكفوفين الموظفين تميل في مجملها إلى صعوبة عدم تفهم الآخرين لهم، وغياب التجهيزات المكيفة، وربط العلاقات مع الآخرين، وأخيرًا طبيعة التوظيف.Abstract: This research aims to shed light on the social perceptions of the Blind staff to the process of social and professional integration, since this issue falls within the studies that have to do with social psychology. The study adopted a descriptive approach, and the form as a tool for data collection. This study was conducted on a sample of employees blind in several states of eastern Algeria, where the results have shown that social perceptions of the Blind staff tend on the whole to the difficulty of a lack of understanding by others, and the absence of air-conditioned facilities, and linking relationships with others and, finally, the nature of employment.
