أطر الدمج الطوعي للبعد البيئي في المؤسسات الصناعية - المؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية نموذجا –

Abstract

الملخص: تعتبر المؤسسات الصناعية المتهم الأول في قضية تلويث البيئة، وذلك بسبب نواتج أنشطتها التي لم توفر مجالا بيئيا ترابيا أو هوائيا أو مائيا إلا ولوثته بمخلفاتها الصلبة والسائلة والغازية. لذا بدأ البحث عن خيارات تجعلها تخفف من الأعباء والتكاليف البيئية بسبب السياسات القانونية والاقتصادية الإجبارية المفروضة عليها من قبل الدولة، في هذا الشأن ظهر توجه جديد يتمثل في خيار التبني الطوعي للاعتبارات البيئية، يتم بموجبه دمج البعد البيئي في المؤسسة من خلال الاستفادة من أطر توفرها الدولة، يمكن أن تنال على إثرها المؤسسة شهادة الإيزو 14000، أو في الحد الأدنى تساهم في التقليص من حالة التلوث التي تتسبب فيها، وهذا حال الكثير من المؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية. . Abstract : The industrial enterprises considered to be the first accused in the environment pollution, due to the residues of their activities whether they are solid, liquid and gas, which pollute all environment: air, soil and water. For that reason, search for options to reduce the environmental burdens and costs due to legal and economic policies imposed by the state. In this regard, a new trend began which is the voluntary adoption of environmental considerations option, whereby the integration of the environmental dimension in the enterprise through the benefit of policies provided by the State, which help the enterprise to get the ISO 14000, or at least contribute to the reduction of pollution, which is the case of many Algerian industrial enterprises.
