Abstract

The objective of this study is to reveal the features of social characteristics of city association’s delegates in the new urban agglomeration ALI MENDJLI, in addition to their functions. It also aims to show the nature of their interrelation ships and their kinds of interaction. The study ends in, city associations consist mainly of elderly men who are socially and economically stabilized and have average educational level. They often have services, charity, and petition roles that lead to many superficial relations which are governed by own interests.
