دور الأمم المتحدة في تحقيق التنمية من خلال برنامجها الإنمائي دراسة حالة بوركينافاسو

Abstract

جعلت الامم المتحدة هدف التنمية من بين أهدافها الاساسية ضمن ميثاقها و ممارساتها الميدانية, حيث يسعى برنامجها الإنمائي إلى تغيير الاوضاع الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية و السياسية في دول العالم خاصة الدول النامية منها, وذلك من خلال مشاريعه وبرامجه التنموية, وعبر تقديم المشورة و الخبرات والمساعدات المالية و الفنية. لذلك ينصب اهتمام برنامج الامم المتحدة الانمائي حول عدة مجالات أساسية من شأنها تحقيق التنمية و هي : الحكم الديمقراطي, البيئة و التنمية المستدامة, منع الأزمات ,و الحد من الفقر و تحقيق الأهداف الإنمائية للألفية و التي تعد هذه الأخيرة نقطة ارتكازه الرئيسية منذ بداية الألفية. حيث تسعى مختلف الدول النامية عموما و بوركينا فاسو خصوصا عن طريق شراكتها مع برنامج الأمم المتحدة الانمائي (UNDP) منذ سأسيسه عام 1966على تحقيق التقدم الاقتصادي و الرقي الاجتماعي في سبيل تحقيق تنمية حقيقية. Abstract: The United Nations has made development one of its main objectives within its Charter and its field practices .Its development program seeks to change the economic, social and political conditions in the developing world through its development projects and programs, though the provision of financial and technical advice. The United Nations development program(UNDP)concerned with several key areas that will contribute to development:democratic governance ,environment ,sustainable development, crisis prevention, poverty reduction and the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals, which have been the main focus since the beginning of the millennium. Burkina Faso and Through its partnership with the United Nations Program since its establishment in 1966 to achieve economic progress and social progress in order to achieve real development.
