Abstract: During the last twenty years, a very important research activity has been dedicated to the study of lead free piezoelectric ceramic compounds, which could replace PZT ceramics in certain electronic applications. The objective of this study is the development and structural characterization of lead-free ceramics of (Na0.5Bi0.5)[(T i0.8Zr0.2)1−x(Ni1/3, Sb2/3)x]O3 type. The samples selected for this study were prepared by the solid-way synthesis method. A thermal sintering treatment has been applied to these compositions at land temperature (1100 °c, 1200 °c, 1150 °c) successively in order to optimise the optimum sintering temperature where the sample density is maximal. Different analytical techniques were used for this study, such as X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), IR analysis, laser particle size analysis and MEB particle size. The analyses of XRD and IRFT confirm that the material obtained is of perovskite structure and the composition doped by x = 0.1 is the densest
