Caractérisation phénotypique des bactéries nodulant les Astragales de la région de Biskra.

Abstract

تم عزل عدد من البكتيريا العقدية الجذرية للبقوليات الرعوية من مختلف مناطق ولاية بسكرة بهدف تحقيق هذه الدراسة. الخصائص وتحديد مقاومتهاو حساسيتها للفيروسات وللمضادات galerie API 02 E المظهرية للعينات تغطي الدراسة الغذائية والكيميائية باستعمال الحيوية وأيضا لمختلف المعدن الثقيلة .النتائج بينت قدرة العينات المعزولة على استعمال كل السكريات المستخدمة كمصدر للكربون لوجود اختلاف من مصدر الى اخر مع قدرتها العالية لاستعمال الاحماض الأمنية وتحليل النترات و الجيلاتين. العينات المنتقات لهذه الدراسة اضهرت حساسية عالية في وجود الفيروسات البكتيرية ومقاومة عالية لمختلف المعادن الثقيلة وحمض الناليديكسيك ومقاومة منخفضة للنوروفلوكسين وكبريتات النيوميسينDifférents isolates were isolated from bacteria nodulating Astragalus, they were isolated from different regions of the willaya de Biska for our study. The phenotypic characteristics of isolates concern a morphological study followed by aseries of the analysis : nutritional, biochemical galerie API 20E gally, the sensibility of the rhizobiophag and antibiotics, various metals resistance and sensibility of isolates. The isolates have the ability to assimilate most sugar as a source of carbon, and assimilating amino acids as a source of nitrogen, they are also capable of hydrolyzing nitrate and gelatin. The Strains tested showed high sensibility to bacteriophages and high résistance to various heavy metals and nalidixic acid and low résistance to norfloxacin and neomycin sulfate.
