LES EXAMENS CYTOBACTÉRIOLOGIQUES DES URINES ENTRE LES METHODES CLASSIQUES ET LES METHODES AUTOMATISÉES

Abstract

كثیرا ما شكل موضوع ھذه الدراسة لقاءات علمیة تناولت بالدرس والتحلیل ظاھرة العدوى البولیة عند الانسان. وكان اقتراح ھذا الموضوع یھدف الى ابراز العلاقة الموجودة بین طرق وأنماط التحالیل لظاھرة العدوى البولیة لاسیما ما یسمى بالطریقة الكلاسیكیة والطریقة الآلیة. وقد اتضح من خلال جل العملیات التحلیلیة التي تتجاوز ثلاثون حالة والتي قمنا بھا بمخبر خاص یتوفر على ھیاكل استیعاب ھائلة وآلات عالیة الجودة من الجیل الجدید لعالم التكنولوجیات الحدیثة ذات الدقة المتناھیة في ابراز النتائج – بأن طریقة التحالیل الآلیة تبقى الطریقة الأنجع والأدق والأسرع من نظیرتھا الكلاسیكیة. غیر أن الأحیائي الذي یرغب في استخدام العملیات الآلیة والحصول على نتائج دقیقة وصحیحة یجب علیھ أن یتوفر مسبقا على معارف نظریة وقدرات تطبیقیة بالطریقة الكلاسیكیة. وعلیھ، نستنتج بأن العلاقة بین الطریقتین تكون تكاملیة من حیث بعض التقنیات الیدویة المخبریة ولیس لھا أیة علاقة بطریقة تنفیذ بروتوكول التحلیلThe theme of thisresearch has been treateddifferently and fromseveral angles. It is actually a scientific phenomenon related to cytobacteriological examinations and aims above all to establish a comparative study between the classical method and the automated method of urine during an infection.All the analyzes that we carried out on more than thirty samples in a laboratory sufficiently equipped with ultrasensitive machines in the determination of the results, showed that the automated one remains the most reliable, efficient and fast method. However, the biologist using these automation machines cannot be satisfied with a perfect operation of these machines on the basis of very good theoretical knowledge and deep practical practices of the classical method.This reality, confirms that in the process of analysis and treatment of urinary tract infections, the relationship is complementary between the two methods especially for some techniques and not in the working protocol.
