Abstract: The Arab Maghreb, such as Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco, witnessed a process of democratization in the late eighties and early nineties under the pressure of an internal multidimensional, economic, social, political and cultural crisises as well as the external wave of democratization of the countries all over the world, the collapse of the soviet union and the application of powers and global institution to policy of conditionality for granting economic financial and technological aid for Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco. During these circumstances, the leaders of Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco decided to start the process of democratization as a solution to get out of their crises to rebuild their shaken legitimacy, and to achieve the process of democratization in these countries. A range of indicators of democracy has been introduced. The most important ones are the restructuration of the framework of constitution and institution, the development of civil social institutions, and reinforcement of the principle of trade through the adoption of multi –party elections........
