Abstract

The increase in health expenditure is one of the most important problems faced by the Algerian health sector. This increase has been noticeable in the last decade. In this study, we have examined the impact of the repairs that have taken place in this sector during the same period (Exactly the repairs that under which independence was granted to public hospitals) in raising the health expenditure, and we have studied the state of the public hospital "hospital Mohammed Ziushi Tulka", to find out this impact, and through the study and the analysis of the budgets of the institution, and a study of the evolution of the expenses of the institution at the period (2009-2018).
