Abstract

This resarch treats one of the most subjects that is very important and valued in our current time.It is the Islamic banking which is very neccesary in Islamic economical system and its biggest achievment.Islamic banks has showed because of the Islamic societies desires and hopes far from bribery and achieving a bank system which is with the Islamic laws not like the other banks which are not the same.Islamic banks had to start their works with tradional banks systems in the same time it developes their usages for Islamic financing and found another treatment that was not found before in the tradional banks.It found a way to share both benifits and losses better than relying on the system of Indebtedness but that does not satisfied the tradional banks which critisized those ways of treatment till many of people have found these ways are great so these traditional banks had reconsider its opinion more than that it started based on these new ways.Acually these ways made the banks in danger so it must face and focuse on effective administrations to know the point of power and vice versa.So these administrations had started to make the danger less and less till it will be able to face any kind of any problem and anlyse it and find solutions to it. This study lead to many resaults from the important resaults is the ways of Islamic financing is the approperiate replacement for bribery financing.It also found ways to make less risks by its administrations and explanations after analysing proplems.Well its administrations are trying to implement its systems in Algeria from the so called Baraka which we are studying.
