Abstract: | This study aimed to identify the perceptions of administrative staff in regional museum of moudjahid biskra, on the role of organizational change, where the study community of all staff and staff located in different departments and interests of the directorate of the regional museum of moudjahid and its nine state extensions, and the student used the comprehensive inventory method of the study society, where the questionnaire were distributed to the (50) administrative staff through field visit (41) valid questionnaire were retrieved for statistical processing and the spss program was used in the statistical analyses of the data. The study reached a number of recent the most important being the statistical significance of the organizational culture in the regional museum at the level of significance (0.05) where the variable organizational culture interpreted (35.80%) of the changes occurred in the level of organizational change. The study concluded many suggestions, most important of which is activate the role of the administration of users by contributing to the search for incentives and values that encourage work eliminate red tape and bureaucratic procedures, and promote the principle of equality participation of workers in decision, making and planning for organization change.
