Abstract

عنوان الدراسة : مدى مساهمة الوظائف الإدارية )التخطيط ،التنظيم، التوجيه ،الرقابة( في تحقيق أهداف المنشأة الرياضية، دراسة ميدانية على مستوى ديوان المركب المتعدد الرياضات 18 فبراير بسكرة تهدف الدراسة الى : ترمي هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الوظائف الإدارية في ظل وجود تسيير إداري محكم. الفرض من الدراسة التحكم في الوظائف الإدارية)التخطيط ،التنظيم ،الرقابة،،التوجيه( يؤدي إلى تحقيق أهداف المنشأة الرياضية. العينة : تمثلت في عينة مقصودة تتكون من جميع الإداريين بديوان المركب المتعدد ال رياضات لولاية بسكرة البالغ عددهم 20 إداريا . الأداة المستخدمة : تم استخدام أداة الاستبيان أهم الاستنتاجات : تعتبر وظائف الإدارة وسيلة هامة يمكن للإدارة الرياضية الإعتماد عليها في وضع إستراتيجيتها وسياستها أهم الاقتراحات : الحاجة إلى الإهتمام بالتطبيق العلمي السليم لوظائف الإدارة الرياضية )التخطيط، التنظيم، التوجيه ،الرقابة( وتعزيز دور التنسيق الإداري بين القيادات الإدارية في مختلف المستويات الإدارية
