dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the current study is to realized the application of the Blanked System of Conduct with its four dimensions (financial, Clint, internal operations, learning and growth) along with its diversified service measurements concerning the Yemeni Commercial Banks activities . were such aproplem with this astudy which the researcher solved. To serve the purpose of the study, the researcher prepared and distributed direct to the study sample (60) copies of a questionnaire from. Out of these, the researcher only selected (48) for consideration. The spss software was used in the analysis of this questionnaire, the researcher also used the inductive approach to reach the results of this research. The study determined that Yemeni Commercial Banks apply the BSC With its above-mentioned four dimensions throut the strategic performance measurements and criteria in addition to making use of the BSC application. Among other recommendation, the study suggests that the Yemeni Commercial Banks had better adopt more strategic criteria in order to cope successfully with the international developmentsen_US
