Abstract: This work aims to test the efficacy of the antiparasitic injectable ivermectin against the digestive parasites of ovine breed Ouled Djellal and the Alpine breed of goats to raise in the sheepfold of the station of Ain Ben Naoui (ITDAS), by different quantitative and qualitative coprological examinations, and determination of the source of the infestation in the alimentation where we detected the presence of L3 forms of nematodes. The Coprology analysis revealed that ivermectin-resistant parasite species are protozoa, nematodes because they have a strong existence in the faeces as cryptospridium sp and Giardia sp (P=70%), Oxyruis sp et Ascaris sp (60, 80%) prevalence, trematodes are less common (30% prevalence), on the other hand, the cestodes are weak present (with 10% prevalence). After the use of fecal excretion reduction test (FECRT), the average reduction rates are lower at interval (90, 95%), so ivermectin is usually effective on digestive parasites in both animal species.
