On the other hand, the soil of Chott Merouane is characterized by a pH between (7.85 and 7.53) and a very high salinity translated by a chloride content of the order of (80 mg / l and 36 mg / l) with a electrical conductivity (26.2 ms / cm and 23.3 ms / cm), Isolation of the suspension-dilution method on PDA and TSM resulted in 18 isolates of filamentous fungi, dominated by the genus Aspergillus ( 72%). The antifungal and antibacterial activity test of the crude extract of Trichoderma atroviride (B18.P) carried out by the disk diffusion method revealed a large inhibition diameter (24 mm) with respect to Alternaria alternata and 16 mm vis-à-vis Escherichia coli Key words: Trichderma, antifungal, antibacterial, antagonism, soil
