|Abstract:||International capital markets ICMs constitute the main source of funding external transactions, especially imports, exports and financial services. They are not specific to a particular financial center, but they become closer to a kind of market-network spread all over the world and baked by an extrimely sofisticated communication means. Thereby, monetary and financial assets, such as stocks, bonds, loans and other short-term instruments are traded.
