Abstract

The judiciary has a large and effective role in supervising the decisions of the construction and reconstruction works by examining the urban decisions issued by the administrative authorities responsible for the granting of licenses and building certificates, and the extent of their commitment to implement the Urbanization Law on the one hand and protecting the interests of individuals on the other. The administrative judge's control over the construction and reconstruction works in view of the extent to which the principle of the legality of the building decisions is applied by the administration by means of the cancellation action and the revocation of its administrative actions. The ordinary judge's supervision of the construction and reconstruction works. The criminal judge enters the penal sanctions imposed by the violation of the building rules. The civil judiciary has the role of examining and adjudicating the civil action filed by the victims as a result of the illegal practices of the buildings.
