Abstract

In this study, the role of administrative reform in administrative development in Egypt was discussed. It dealt with the concept of administrative reform. It also discussed the reality of the Egyptian administrative system and the most important problems and challenges facing it. The Egyptian government has paid great attention to this issue as it has played its role in the whole of reforms that have affected the organizational structure, public functions, and the human element. The purpose of these reforms is to correct the course and raise the level of its performance in order to promote the administrative sector. Despite the progress made by the Egyptian administrative body, the embodiment of all the reform program has become a mandatory challenge for the Egyptian government
