Abstract

The current study aimed to know the role of organizational communication and its impact on the efficiency of the public institution, as well as the important contribution it makes in improving this efficiency in all its forms and liquidations, as we took as a model case study of the public institution for neighborhood health Jamoura. In our study, Mainly: How does organizational communication contribute to improving the efficiency of the public health institution? To answer this main question, the following hypotheses were formulated: -1The better the organizational communication, the more efficient the public institution. - 2A defect in the organizational communication negatively affects the efficiency of the public institution. The study sample was applied to 60 workers at the public institution for neighborhood health Jamoura. The sample was randomly selected.
