Abstract

The theme of the problem of terrorism is one of the topics of interest to many researchers and thinkers and among the most complex subjects at the moment is the ambiguity in this study. The interpretation of terrorism in North Africa takes many dimensions given the particularities of the North African countries which reflected many problems of dependence on the countries of North Africa colonialism, backwardness, corruption, migration and organized crime have all increased the terrorist threat the spread of many terrorist organizations in the region The study then sought to examine the most important regional and international strategies and mechanisms used to combat the problem of terrorism in North Africa. Wich contributed unevenly among themselves in limiting the spread of existing terrorist organizations reducing their threats The role of this fight was limited to reducing the elimination of this terrorist organizations due to lack to coordination and integrated cooperation among the countries of the region .
