Abstract

يعتبر الاتصال التنظيمي الركيزة الأساسية داخل المؤسسات و الهيئات الرياضية كونه يعمل على تسهيل سير الإدارات وزيادة الانسجام والتعاون بين أفرادها حيث يعد الاتصال الشريان النابض لكل هيئة وبدونه لا يمكن هناك شبكة اتصالات بين الموظفين وتتوقف فاعلية الاتصالات بين الموظفين على مدى توفر المعلومات بشكل دقيق وبحجم أكبر وذلك من أجل قرارات من شانها الأخذ بالهيئة إلى عجلة التنمية والتطور فنجاح أي قائد أو مدير في مجال عمله مرتبط بكفاءة قراراته فالقرار هو جوهر العملية الإدارية الذي يعتمد بدوره على كفاءة تقنيات العملية الاتصالية وخلاصة القول إن دراستنا هدفت إلى الكشف عن الدور الذي يلعبه الاتصال التنظيمي في عملية اتخاذ القرار في الهيئة الرياضية فلا بدا من مواكبة الهيئات الرياضية لكل التقنيات الحديثة والمتطورة التي تتميز بالدقة والجودة والعصرنة التي يؤدي استخدامها إلى اتخاذ قرارات فعالة

Organizational communication is the main pillar within sports institutions and bodies as it works to facilitate the functioning of departments and increase harmony and cooperation among their members as communication is the artery of every body and without it there is no communication network between employees And the effectiveness of communication between employees depends on the extent of information availability Accurate and larger size for the sake of decisions that will take the authority to the wheel of development and development the success of any leader or manager in his field of work is linked to the efficiency of his decisions the decision is the essence of the administrative process which in turn depends on the efficiency of the communication process techniques In sum our study aimed to uncover the role that organizational communication plays In the decision making process in the sports body it seems that the sports bodies keep pace with all the modern and advanced technologies that are characterized by accuracy quality and modernity that lead to effective decision making
