Abstract

This article deals with an interesting topic: political development in Algeria . it focuses on certain issues such as: the possibility of introducing participative democracy instead of competitive democracy. This latter, in the case of Algeria, has been a subject of certain obstacles during the two decades. The article emphasizes also on the role of both civil society and the efforts aiming at dismantle corruption so that to fasten transition to participative democracy.
