dc.description.abstract | The effect of high intensity exercises and low intensity exercises on some elements of immunity for swimming athletes Ittihad Biskra Akbar The research sample was chosen by the intentional method which consisted of 05 players from the category the seniors of Ittihad Biskra club We followed the experimental method and it consisted of doing portions of different intensity of rest then low and high and taking some immune elements to the laboratory The results showed that there were differences in the lymphocytes and basophils during the work of low intensity and rest but when raising in intensity to high the differences appeared in the Enterophyll index Suggestions Directing instructions to athletes non athletes and specialists to pay more attention to the preventive aspect ie the immune system and how to improve its work in the impact of sports training Avoid high intensity training when you have a fever or cold Paying attention to the periods necessary for the immune system to return to its normal state Continuously conducting physical and medical tests before and during the application of the training curricula Suggesting studies for any indications that the effect after sports activity will be on the immune system and blood in the various stages of the sports season | en_US |
