Abstract

Abstract: Through thw study of the legal position of the President of the Province People's Assembly, it become clear to us that he presides local representative post .He supervises on propulsion of a council that is considered as a deliberation body in the province. Although he is a representative of the province ,yet it representative role is veru weak and does not represent the province. From this stand, it become highly important to grant the President of the Provence People's Assembly more effective powers, perhaps the capacity of representing the province judicially and support him more often .
