Abstract: International commercial contracts have an important place in reviving the international economy, and they are the main pillar in the framework of international cooperation and the development of countries. These international commercial contracts, given their importance, sought to regulate them in line with their needs, keeping pace with developments and everything that changes occur at the level of their societies, so they took the internationally agreed regulations as a general rule, with the creation of exceptions to them in line with their general system and the requirements of international trade. And as a model that we took as a place for studying the International Contract of Goods, through which it became clear that the national legislator is still adhering to the traditional legal system for it, it does not keep pace with current developments, even if it is keeping pace with them very slowly, which negatively affects the economic dealers.
