Abstract

The subject of our study deals with the problem of original and dependent banking operations, as we have to follow the rules and laws regulated by banks and financial institutions, as they have to do with the development of the economic activity of countries, and since Algeria, as a country with authority and sovereignty, seeks to develop its economic activity, it seeks striving to strengthen the structure of its banks and financial institutions, to strengthen credit and instill confidence between the bank and customers in their banking transactions, as Algeria has drawn up Ordinance No. 11/03 related to cash and credit to regulate the work of banks to know the customer the way banks and financial institutions operate, to collect funds From different sources and directing them to the possible uses, to advance Algeria's economy towards the best possible.
