Abstract

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على انعكاسات التقاعد النسبي على نقل الخبرات بين الأساتذة القدامى والأساتذة الجدد من وجهة نظر الأساتذة الجدد (المتربصين) العاملين بابتدائيات ولاية بسكرة، وكانت الفرضية الرئيسية للدراسة هي: للتقاعد النسبي انعكاسات سلبية على نقل الخبرات بين الأساتذة القدامى والأساتذة الجدد في مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي من وجهة نظر الأساتذة الجدد، ولما كان الأستاذ القديم يقوم بدعم ومرافقة الأستاذ الجديد في تنظيم وضعيات التعلم والتخطيط لها، كما يوضح له كيفية تنظيم العمل في حجرة التدريس وإدارة التعلمات وتنشيطها، ويوضح له كيفية تقويم أعمال التلاميذ، بالإضافة إلى مساهمته في حث الأستاذ الجديد على إدارة التكوين المستمر الذاتي، كانت الفرضيات الفرعية التالية: 1- للتقاعد النسبي انعكاسات سلبية على ما يقدمه الأستاذ القديم للأستاذ الجديد (المتربص) من مساعدات كبيرة في تنظيم وضعيات التعلم والتخطيط لها من وجهة نظر الأستاذ الجديد. 2- للتقاعد النسبي انعكاسات سلبية على ما يقدمه الأستاذ القديم للأستاذ الجديد (المتربص) من التوضيحات اللازمة حول كيفية تنظيم العمل في حجرة التدريس وإدارة التعلمات وتنشيطها من وجهة نظر الأستاذ الجديد. 3- للتقاعد النسبي انعكاسات سلبية على ما يقدمه الأستاذ القديم للأستاذ الجديد (المتربص) من التوضيحات الكافية حول كيفية تقويم أعمال التلاميذ من وجهة نظر الأستاذ الجديد. 4- للتقاعد النسبي انعكاسات سلبية على ما يقدمه الأستاذ القديم من اسهامات كبيرة في حث الأستاذ الجديد (المتربص) على إدارة التكوين المستمر الذاتي من وجهة نظر الأستاذ الجديد. كما واعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي في وصف الظاهرة موضوع الدراسة، أما عينة الدراسة فتكونت من 147 أستاذا جديدا (متربصا) بالمرحلة الابتدائية بولاية بسكرة للسنة الدراسية (2020/2021)، حيث تم إجراء مسح شامل لكل مفردات مجتمع الدراسة، ولجمع البيانات اعتمدنا على الملاحظة والمقابلة والوثائق والسجلات فضلا عن الاستمارة كأداة رئيسية، هذه الأخيرة قسمت إلى خمسة بنود وشملت 56 عبارة وقد تم الاعتماد فيها لتقديم الخيارات على مقياس ليكرت الخماسي، وتمت معالجة البيانات المحصل عليها من خلال الدراسة الميدانية باستخدام برنامج الحزم الاحصائية SPSS، إذ تم استخدام عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية للتحقق من صدق الفرضيات، وبعد عرض وتحليل بيانات الدراسة ومناقشتها في ضوء المقاربة النظرية المتبناة والدراسات السابقة توصلت الدراسة إلى النتيجة العامة التالية: للتقاعد النسبي انعكاس سلبي على نقل الخبرات بين الأساتذة القدامى والأساتذة الجدد في مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي، بحيث يخلف خروج الأساتذة من ذوي الخبرة آثارا سلبية على نقل خبراتهم للأساتذة الجدد الملتحقين حديثا بالمجال التربوي التعليمي. الملخص بلغة ثانية: This study aims to identify the repercussions of relative retirement on the transfer of experiences between old and new teachers from the point of view of new teachers working in primary schools of Biskra. The main hypothesis of the study was: relative retirement has negative repercussions on the transfer of experiences between old and new teachers in the primary education stage from the point of view of new teachers, and since the old teacher supports and accompanies the new teacher in organizing and planning learning situations, it also explains to him how to organize work in the classroom, manage and activate learning, and shows him how to evaluate students work, In addition to his contribution to urging the new teacher to manage continuous self-education, the following sub-hypotheses were: 1- Relative retirement has negative repercussions on the great assistance that the old teacher provides to the new teacher (the trainee) in organizing and planning learning situations from the point of view of the new teacher. 2- The relative retirement has negative repercussions on what the old teacher presents to the new teacher (the stalker) of the necessary clarifications on how to organize work in the classroom and manage and activate learning from the point of view of the new teacher. 3- The relative retirement has negative repercussions on what the old teacher presents to the new teacher (the stalker) with sufficient explanations about how to evaluate the students work from the point of view of the new teacher. 4- The relative retirement has negative repercussions on the great contributions that the old teacher makes in urging the new teacher (the stalker) to manage the continuous self-training from the viewpoint of the new teacher. The researcher also relied on the descriptive approach to describe the phenomenon under study, and the study sample consisted of 147 new teachers (stalkers) in the primary schools of Biskra for the academic year (2020/2021), where a comprehensive survey was conducted for all the vocabulary of the study community, and to collect data we relied on observation, interview, documents and records, as well as the form as a main tool, the latter was divided into five items and included 56 phrases, which were relied on to provide options on the five-point Likert scale, and the data obtained through the field study were processed using the SPSS statistical package, as a number of methods were used to verify the validity of the hypotheses. After the presentation and analysis of the study data and discussion in light of the adopted theoretical approach and previous studies, the study reached the following general conclusion: Relative retirement has a negative impact on the transfer of experiences between old and new teachers in the primary education stage, so that the departure of experienced teachers has negative effects on transferring their experiences to new teachers who have recently joined the educational field.
