Abstract

Abstract: The activity of intermidaring represent the stimulant nerve in the bourse of financial papers so that it is impossible to that market doing its function without the financial itermiators. On that basis the Algerian legislator as the other compared legislators is interested in organizing that sensitive activity because of his deliquate role in gathering the financial savings them transforming them into economical progects to measure the efliency of the rules that organise that activity in the algerian legislation. It is necessary to shed the light on the statutory organism paralleling a group of the compared legislation. This is first by focusing on the market which represents the domain of the intermidiator's activity to know all its organs and transacters whom he should deat with in addition to the financial products which should be marketed by the intermidiator.After that, the light is shed on the essence of that activity,and showing the main bonds and procedures that ar imposed on any person who wants to practise the activity of intermidating in the bourse of financial papers, them displaying the different activities that the financial intermidiator can practise, after geting the licence from the specialised bodes. After that, the study moves to the results of practicing that activity in the market, either obligations or rights, and showing the rapture of respensbility that a financial intermidiator can hold in case he discrupted his comentment or his actions were illegal and the penalities set him after that.
