Abstract: This study aimed to identify the relationship between the value system, professional compatibility and the level of administrative creativity among the employees of the local collectivities in the municipalities of M’sila.To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical method was used. After checking the theoretical side of the study, we established a three section questionnaire. The first section, the value format, consists of four dimensions. The second section, the professional consensus, consists of four dimensions as well.The third section measures administrative creativity and consists of five dimensions.All this came after verifying their psychometric characteristics in truth and consistency. The search tool was applied on a sample of (170) employees, and after statistical analysis of data using SPSSprogram version N° (22),the study reached the following results: - There is an impact of the value pattern and professional alignment on the level of administrative creativity of the local collectivities employees in the municipalities of M'sila. - There is a positive relationship (r = 0.59) between the value pattern and administrative creativity among the employees of the local collectivities in the municipalities of M'sila. - There is a positive relationship (r = 0.73) between the value pattern and the professional compatibility of the employees of the local collectivities in the municipalities of M'sila. - There is a positive relationship (r = 0.53) between professional compatibility and administrative creativity among the employees of the local collectivities in the municipalities of M'sila. - The level of formation of value systems is high among the employees of the local collectivities in the municipalities of M'sila in its dimensions (religious, social, economic, and professional values. - The level of professional compatibility of employees with dimensions (relationship with colleagues, relationship with management, satisfaction with salary and promotion, compatibility with work conditions) was low among the employees of the regional groups in the municipalities of M'sila -The level of administrative creativity of employees in its dimensions (fluency, originality, risk-taking, sensitivity to problems, flexibility) was average among the employees of the local collectivities in the municipalities of M'sila. - There are no statistically significant differences in the value pattern among the employees of the local collectivities in the municipalities of M'sila, due to the variable of gender and professional seniority. - There are no statistically significant differences in the professional compatibility of the employees of the local collectivities in the municipalities of M'sila due to the variable of gender and professional seniority - There are no statistically significant differences in administrative creativity among the employees of the local collectivities in the municipalities of the M'sila due to the variable of gender and professional seniority.
