In this work we studied the structural properties, optical and electrical to zinc oxide precipitator in the form of thin films, where we have used in the deposition of zinc oxide (ZnO) the way spray pyrolysis Ultrasonic, we choose this technique because it is simple and easy to prepare, where we have used this device for the preparation of two series samples of altering the following arguments: • Change substrate temperature ranging from 250 to 500 °C, with the fixing of the rest of the factors, such as solution concentration deposed and the duration of deposition. • Change the concentration of the solution deposed ranging from 0.05mole/l to 0.5 mole/l,with the fixing of the rest of the factors, such as substrate temperature and duration of depositionen_US
