Abstract

Information technology is considered today as the beating heart of public and private modern business organizations. It contributes in facilitating the smooth flow of appropriate decisions and the direction and implementation of the various operations. It has become the secret of excellence and creativity of any management system ,and the bridge, upon which starts any organization around the world. Management systems based on traditional methods are unable today to deal with the large amount of data and information generated by today’s intellectual and technologic developments, which emphasizes the importance of information technology applications and its contribution in enhancing the competitive advantage for organizations, reached by low costs , significant savings in time and effort, high flexibility in improving and developing performance , improve responsiveness to customers, and continuous quality improvement. Based on the foregoing, we are trying through this paper to identify the impact of information technology on the administrative system in business organizations.
