Abstract

This study means an important incident from the history of the Algerian revolution in the fourth historical state, where the latter lived a critical period after the martyrdom of its leader (Mohamed Bougherra) and the vacancy of its position, which led to the deterioration of the situation during the period between 1956-1961, especially after the filling of General de Gaulle to Algeria and his application of the most prominent infernal projects such as the scheme "Shawl and the belt operation trying to abort the revolution from the inside and isolate it from the outside, which led the leaders of the fourth mandate to respond to the call of the peace of the brave and the emergence of the Elysee incident (the case of Saleh Zamoum) Which represents an attempt to penetrate the ranks of the liberation revolution and face the story of the secret negotiation with General de Gaulle 1960.
