Abstract: The contact with Ibn Khaldoun is political thought by linking it the circumstances of his era leads us to talk about the theory of the state, which is based on many realistic props, from which he proceeded in this political discourse, taking from spirite of tribe as an effective force for the establishment of the civilization, so that this pillar needs a complementary pillar for it, which is money, because of what it has the effects on the security and stability of the state, as well as the organization of solidiers. Without forgetting the reasons that led to the collapse of civilization . If we consider the living evidence as a starting point for the political theorizing of the author of the Introduction, then his tendency is realistic, especially since he is the first to study the political and social side from the point of view of reality as it is.
