Abstract: This study came under the title ‘the repercussions of work pressures on job performance’ as a field study at the aphrodat corporation for canning and dates production in biskra.we tried to explore the extent of the reflection of work pressures on job performanceand more precisely the organizational pressures and social pressures as we relied on the descirptive approach imposed by it in addressing the issue. The nature of the topic being the most appropriate with it in collecting data data and information related to the phenomenon in question. The study included a sample of 90 pillars، and itwas relied on a reception form that was distributed tothe case experienced wesults obtained which confirm the existence of organizational pressures for each direct relationship to the level of the professional perforformance of the workers and also pressures that are directly reflected in the level of the building performance of the workers.
