Abstract: The purpose of this study was to identify the role played by organizational contact with its dimensions (modification message content means) from the point of view of the staff of the al-ziban mills foundation, and the sample study was made up of 45items In order to achieve the objectives of the research. We used the form and the interview as a data-collection tool which was distributed to 45 users ، recovered only 37usable ، and relied on the descriptive approach in processing this research as the appropriate product to study and access it to the results of the study The communication process has a role to play in achieving functional commitment the content of the communication message has a role to play in achieving the functional obligation The means of the communication process used have a role to play in achieving functional commitment
