Abstract

The study on the requirements of e-administration for the development of administrative work at the University, which aims to provide electronic devices at the University to ensure the continuity of administrative work. A sample of administrative staff and professors was taken at Mohammed Khaidar University -Biskra-chetma-InsultingFaculty of Humanities and Social Sciences by identifying human, material and technical requirements for the development of administrative work. ❖ What are the requirements of e-management to develop the university's administrative work? Which is divided into 3 sub-questions: 1) What are humanity's requirements in developing administrative work? 2) What material requirements are required to develop administrative work? 3) What are the technical requirements in developing administrative work? We relied on the descriptive curriculum as the appropriate curriculum for the study's topic, and used the form tool as an essential tool for data collection. We have reached the following conclusions: E-governance contributes to the development of administrative work. This is the result of the use of modern electronic devices, electronic software and providing the necessary requirements for administrative work, facilitating the transfer of information between employees and the rapid completion of tasks and achieving the efficiency and quality of administrative work.
