Abstract

This study aims to explore the views of the employees of the municipality of Mchounech about the obstacles to using the Internet and its impact on job performance in the institution. A comprehensive survey was conducted for all workers who use the Internet in their job in the municipality. In its field aspect, the study relied on a questionnaire tool to collect information from a sample of thirty employees distributed over various departments in order to answer the problem and questions of the study. The study showed that there are obstacles in the municipality regarding the use of the Internet represented in the lack of training and efficiency in addition to the lack and poor material capabilities
