Abstract

The desired quality and effectiveness of the performance of the university library requires the presence of librarians in all phases and stages designated for completion or modification within the library, so the librarian, while performing his artistic and technical work, sometimes finds himself surrounded by circumstances and crises such as the Corona crisis, which imposed on him measures, procedures and laws that led to a reduction in the performance of his service towards researchers. The students and professors. where he faced several new challenges that forced him to confront them in the most difficult circumstances, but he was obliged to maintain his performance despite the large, rapid and harsh changes that confronted the library and information profession.
