Abstract: | This study aimed to identify the role of human resources management in improving the university library, by standing on the awareness of the study sample of the concept of human resources management and performance, and its implications in improving the performance of university libraries, where the study sample consisting of (13) specialized libraries of the University of Muhammad Khider Biskra Qutb cursed and included all employees in university libraries. To achieve the objectives of the study and answer its questions, the questionnaire and interview were used, where the paragraphs of the questionnaire consisted of the personal data of the respondents and three axes of questions, and we relied in this study on the descriptive approach through a qualitative approach that enabled us to reach results of scientific value and important. The results of the study showed that there is clarity of the concept of human resources management among the majority of the members of the study sample, and another category is required to improve the level, and in this regard the results of the study produced that human resources management has a positive reflection and an effective role in improving the performance of university libraries, and the study sample showed that evaluating the performance of university library workers has an impact on the success of library services. |
