dc.description.abstract | This study focuses on self-learning, which is an essential aspect of individuals lives, in addition to its role in improving the performance and skills of employees in the central library. To archive this, analytical descriptive approaches have been used to understand and interpret this phenomenon and to use the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 14 central library workers.
