Abstract

The current study aimed to reveal the level of psychological security among the administrative workers of the Biskra Petroleum Corporation The study relied on the descriptive approach, and the researcher collected data and benefited from reviewing previous studies related to psychological security, and the questionnaire was used as a main tool for the study to collect data, and its validity and reliability have been verified. To two indicators (12 items on psychological comfort) and (12 items on physical comfort), a sample study of 30 administrative employees in the Biskra Oil Corporation was applied out of the original community consisting of 45 administrators, and the effect of the variables of gender and experience.
