Abstract: The current study dealt with the topic tagged with: job involvement and its relationship to organizational trust from the point of view of workers. The sample was extracted from the community of employees of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of the University of Mohamed Kheidar _Biskra_, which tried to answer the following question: What is the relationship of job involvement with organizational trust from the employees' point of view? This study aimed to reveal the relationship of job involvement with organizational confidence among workers through the use of the descriptive analysis method and the use of the questionnaire tool as a main tool for data collection and the program, the statistical package Spss. The study reached the following results: _ There is a medium level for the dimensions of job involvement in the College of Humanities and Social Biskra. _ There is a medium level of dimensions of organizational trust in the College of Humanities and Social Biskra. _ There is a direct relationship between job involvement and organizational confidence, where the value of the Pearson correlation coefficient was 0.52r=, which is a statistically significant value at the level of significance 0.00sig=.
