Abstract: The study aims to conclude the implication of Mr. President' s 2018 Declaration and how the Declarationreflects the double standards of UN-Women vis-à-vis Arab-Islamic issues by presenting a range of political issues and addressingthem in a technicalmanner by using the "SymologicalAnalysis" approach, drawing on the" Rawland Bart "approach and using "Christine Metz "apes; s technical sampling and observation tool. Among the issues dealtwithwere the publicity of the Palestinian issue, the Syriancrisis, asylum and the Rohingya Muslims, whichwereconsidered to be the dualization stops on which a declarationwasbased. The study aims to devise the implication and implication of the study: How did Mr. President' s statementreflect the double standards of the United Nations vis-à-vis Arab-Islamic issues? In order to reach the results, weanalysed the advertisingscenes at the levelsprescribed by the" Rawlan Bart "approach. Wewere able to reach the most important conclusions, namely: To reflect the double standards of the West with regard to Arab-Islamic issues, Mr. President, by presenting a series of Islamic issues on which the United Nations body has adoptedresolutions, but which have not been implemented, the double standards of the West have been reflected in the implementation of resolutions of the United Nations and itsorgans, and eachindividual in a declaration has been linked to a case whereeveryindividual in the declaration has shownthat a particular country has contributed to the conflicts and humiliation thatthese peoples are experiencing
