Abstract: Social networking sites have made a qualitative leap in the field of information and communication, and their development has led to And its huge spread to widen the circle of its users, as its uses were not limited to a specific group in the world, but rather included all groups of all races, and thus it became considered a virtual country that includes the largest number of people. Perhaps one of the most widespread and used social networking sites is Facebook, which many companies operating in the fields have resorted to because it has become the main engine of society, and has become more credible. Therefore, going to this network and using it was an attractive way and channel to display various activities, programs and marketing plans, so it has Many companies in general, and smart phone companies in particular, have resorted to promoting the phones they produce, by offering short short videos, about the phone’s features, content, programs, and so on, and thus what made us address this study, which aimed to identify the impact of short video clips through Facebook, on the electronic promotion of smart phones? By conducting a descriptive research study on a purposive sample available from media and communication students at the University of Muhammad Kheidar in Biskra, Relying on the social survey approach, and we relied on one tool for data collection represented in the questionnaire.
