Through thème, the citizen seeks to reach higher levels of responsibility in the state, perhaps the most important of which is the parliamentary prosecution. in political life. The freedom to exercise this right requires the adoption of many guarantees, whether they are related to them at the international level or at the level of the internal legislation of countries. Exercising this right to the fullest extent, in order to achieve fair and true representation of its citizens in parliaments in free, transparent and fair elections. At the end of the study, we concluded that these countries have already approved, in their electoral laws, many legal guarantees for their citizens to exercise this right, but these guarantees were of varying degrees, whether in relation to the objective conditions required for the candidate to run, or on the level of fairness in the electoral process or equality during The electoral campaign or guaranteeing the exercise of the right of appeal before the competent judicial authorities in relation to the candidacy for the parliamentary elections.
