Abstract: The human resource is one of the most important elements within any organization, as it is viewed as on effective human asset and is never considered part of the cost. Hence the importance of human resource management stems form, as it is the department responsible for what is related to employees, organizing them, training them, and developing them; so that they can perform their work and do it in on optimal lanner, as it is the desired goal for organizations in light of globalization and great competition to achieve excellence and continuity that cannot be achieved only by reducing costs cost and improving quality and reflecting this one the global market level and prompting international facilities to adopt this method in their production operations and make them a competitive and distinct base in the global market. The method of continuous improvement focuses on the production stage of the product life cycle in the form of continuous improvements to gradually raise the level of performance for all; the elements of the establishment, including machines and workers, without the need for large investments in money, which prompted the establishments to adopt this method to compensate for messing opportunities for improvement. Hence, this study aimed to identify the impact of same of the roles and practices of the human resources function in the process of continuous improvement in the textile and equipment complex TIFIB Biskra, by addressing some practices of the human resources function (training, security, safety, empowerment, leadership, motivation) as well as addressing the process of continuous improvement in the textile and equipment complex TIFIB in Biskra. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed consisting of three parts. The first part included four questions about personal information (age, gender, educational level, experience), while the second part was about the roles of human resource management (the independent variable), which included fifty (50) statement distributed on five themes in (safety and security training, empowerment, leadership, motivation) while the third section was devoted to the process of continuous improvement (the dependent variable), which in turn included forty-five distributed on four themes represented in indicators of continuous improvement (content of continuous improvement, strategic planning, focus on human resources, cooperation to achieve goals) in order to identify the perceptions and opinions of practitioners of the of the human resources function in a complex textile and processing TIFIB Biskra. Is the subject of study on the level of practices of the human resources function with this component and its impact on the process of continuous improvement? The questionnaire was applied to a sample of (110) employees representing the original community of (319) employees its data were processed using the SPSS statistical analysis program version 20. The researcher also relied on the appropriate descriptive analytical approach for such studies in the social role of human resource management and the process of continuous improvement in the textile and equipment complex TIFIB in Biskra, where the value of the Pearson correlation coefficient was equipment complex TIFIB in Biskra, where the value of the Pearson correlation coefficient was (0.86), which means that whenever there is an effective role for human resource management through (training, security, safety, empowerment, leadership, motivation) in the textile and equipment complex TIFIB Biskra contributed to the process of continuous improvement. The strength of relationship between the two variable, as the Pearson correlation coefficient reached (R=0.86), while the value of the modified correlation coefficient was (R2=0.75), and this explains that (75%) of the total deviations in the values of the dependent variable (continuous improvement process) are explained by the linear relationship, that is, the simple linear regression model, and the rest of the ratio (25%) it is due to other random factors that were not dealt in this study.
